You'll apply online through our secure Innago portal. Before you start, please read our Screening Criteria and have the following ready for each adult (18+) who will live in the home:

1. Government-issued photo ID

2. Proof of income (recent pay stubs, offer letter, tax returns, or bank statements)

3. Names and contact info for landlords from the last 2 to 5 years

4. A photo of each animal that will live in the home

5. $50 application fee per adult
